Customer Service


This is a full-time, permanent work-based apprenticeship in Customer Service. Apprentices train on the job towards nationally recognised qualifications.

Apprentices usually start training at Level 2, depending on their qualifications and ability. This is
identified at an initial assessment.

Subject areas include:
Developing customer relationships
Resolving customer problems
Organising, delivering and maintaining reliable
customer service

 

Duration
Customer Service Apprenticeship - 6 to 8 months.
Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship - 8 months.
