This is a full-time, permanent work-based apprenticeship in Hospitality.. Apprentices train on the job towards nationally recognised qualifications in Hospitality Levels 2 and 3.
Apprentices usually start training at Level 2, depending on their qualifications and ability. This is identified this at an initial assessment.
