This is a full-time, permanent work-based apprenticeship in Retail and Customer Service. Apprentices train on the job towards nationally recognised qualifications in Retail Levels 2 and 3.
Apprentices usually start training at Level 2, depending on their qualifications and ability. This is identified at an initial assessment.
Subject areas includes:
Customer Service
Processing cash
Stock replenishment
Window design
Handling returns / complaints
Working with general public
EPOS / Till Usage
Duration
Retail Apprenticeship - 9 to 11 months
